Ok here is the one I am picking.

7. "Handicap Concert"
Pull into a handicap spot, sit there, with all windows rolled all the way down, and sing a song that is at least 3 minutes long, then leave.
Requirements: Video of the skit.

This should be fun; I've just got to pick a good location.
